well if you pay to raise a child and all, then you have rights to do whatever till they pay you back. children dont want to be slaves but they are debtors who dont deserve better really. modern society can be backwards. makes sense that if parents gave life and maintain it, the head of the house can take it away or use it for whatever they want. that has made sense most places throug history. turning things on its head is some nonsense modern idiocy that causes corruption.

Just because it’s been a tradition doesn’t mean its right. The parents are the ones who wanted to have a child so of course they should take care of that child. It’s not the child’s responsibility to pay them back when they didn’t have a choice to be born in the first place.
